Intel’s AI Plans in India

Universal microprocessor chip giant Intel has trained around 1lakh chip developers, in the field of Artificial Intelligence (AI) since April last year in India, as it was confirmed by US-based Intel firm on Wednesday.

The Intel Claimed that it has trained around 1 lakh (approx.) developers in the country in order to establish artificial intelligence firm in India

Also, the company claims that it has collaborated with the giants like Philips, Mphasis and arya.ai with Intel as its partners and customers to enrich AI solutions.

In order to remember this achievement, Intel had organized a conference where about 500 developers, data science experts, machine learning, app developers and researchers were present.

Intel also claimed that it will be increasing the Intelligence tools accessibility in the industry and will focus on the next generation of computing products by investing in developer education.

The company also said that it had a commitment to train about 15,000 developers but under the guidance of Intel India Managing Director Prakash Mallya the target exceeded as students from more than about 100 organizations had participated in the workshop.

Intel India is also working with its collaborates like Philips and Mphasis to deploy its AI portfolio within the Indian local ecosystem.

Leaders from companies like Reliance Jio, Flipkart, Amazon.in, Wipro organization and the Microsoft Ventures and IIT Hyderabad delivered the various facets of Artificial Intelligence, starting from its evolution to create a new revolution in the AI streams to benefit the people.

Also, many firms which are already using the AI technology demonstrated how they are using AI to improve their business and its user experience.

Intel is also looking forward to establish its start-up’s firms in India through its Academy and AI builders’ programme and workshops.
